One complete solution
The Valor TempTrac system uses four simple components to create one complete solution. Once installed, temperature tracking management is both simple and effective. The diagram below indicates a typical setup on larger vehicles such as transport trucks.
Sensor
The wireless sensors simultaneously monitor trailer temperature from two zones (with the option to monitor up to four).
Antenna and Transceiver
The antenna receives data wirelessly from the sensors mounted inside the truck or trailer. It then transmits this data to the transceiver and connected telematic device.
Telematics Device and Display
The telematics device, such as Geotab’s GO device, collects trailer temperature data, along with a wealth of GPS location info and engine data. All of which can be accessed in real-time via fleet management software.
