SpartanLync’s Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System, Valor Commercial, has been developed specifically for industrial and commercial use. By increasing safety, reducing tire maintenance costs as well as fuel expenses by monitoring vehicle tires, Valor Commercial TPMS meets the challenges of fleet management.
With sensors installed inside the tires air pressure and temperature are measured every 4 seconds. Within moments, these values are wirelessly transmitted to the cab display, either directly or via transceiver. The display identifies each sensor and evaluates the data, showing each tire’s position, air pressure and temperature.
Configurable alerts and warnings will also notify the driver when any problem is detected. Avoid potentially dangerous accidents caused by a blow out, while staying ahead of regular tire maintenance by detecting leaks. This tire data can be downloaded or sent to fleet managers in real-time, for optimized fleet management.

One complete solution
The Valor Commercial TPMS system uses four simple components to create one complete solution. Once installed, tire management is both simple and effective. The diagram below indicates a typical setup on larger vehicles such as transport trucks.
Sensor
The Internally-mounted sensor monitors both your tire’s temperature and pressure from the inside-out.
Antenna and Transceiver
The antenna receives data wirelessly from the sensors and then transmits into the transceiver.
Display
SpartanLync’s display visualizes tire pressure and temperature data in real-time.

Drop and Hook Technology
With SpartanLync’s Drop and Hook Technology, there is no need to reconfigure your TPMS system each time a truck and trailer are paired.
The TPMS system and display automatically recognizes the tire sensors associated with the new trailer and begins wireless data transmission instantly. This makes it easy to mix and match any tractor and trailer without having to modify sensors; keeping your fleet productive and on the go.
